I was thinking Lice too. Ivermectin? Diet issues? I would get Red Cell and no matter what he is eating add it.
I like fresh ground flaxseed and Black Oiled Sunflower seeds for the oils. I use it and it works others say it doesn't. 20 years says it does.
I also would get the guy a salt mineral block to chew on.
It just sounds like he may have some type of imbalance.
