[AskAVet] Re: colic

I would definitely put salt in his food, if he won't use a salt lick, or free choice loose salt. I use a good mineral salt either from the health food store, or I buy a product from Dynamite Marketing that my horses love! So funny to watch them licking up loose salt like it was candy!
