But wondering if you can test a mare for the herpes virus?
have a stud this year that I have a few people interested in breeding their mares too.
I only ask because on of the barns I use to work at (stall cleaner) had a stallion get herpes from a mare that came in and now is unable to breed.
hoping someone can let me know, as I know it will be a few days till my vet will be able to get back to me.
Thanks
April
