looks like a lump. Just saggy baggy skin and muscle, maybe mild edema,
nothing to be concerned about. It's very common. I'd bet that his mama or
daddy had the same characteristic! Some people I know have the same thing
too! LOL You're a good mom for being alert and conscientious!
