I have been using Black Oiled Sunflower Seeds for years instead of oil. Yeah the really oldies I will use corn oil. But, the sunflower seeds are wonderful for coat and weight. I don't give in the summer months because of the fats. But, when calling in from the fields or trying to catch escapees nothing is better.

Now where or which TSC are you going to that has the 50lb bags for $14. I haven't seen it that cheap in awhile. The smaller bags were that North of Lexington in the spring and they did have a few sales for $20 for 50lb but then they dropped the weight on them to 40lbs. As I said I don't feed in the summer so haven't shopped for this winter yet. Thanks for a direction to drive and get some cheaper.
